The Cross Wedge Rolling Machine ULS100RA is designed for hot working of the steel billets. Frame : It is welded from steel plates, the rollers were mounted in the frame by rolling bearings. Machine Drive : The machine is driven by two synchronized motors which are controlled by the machine control system. Working roller change : The roller can be vertically removed from the frame. the time necessary for change of the rollers is about minutes. For disassembly of the rollers the operator needs the following devices : 1) Electric torque wrench for the rollers disassembly. 2) Four storage stands. 3) One driven stand for the tools adjustment. Rollers Adjustment : The upper roller is fixed, the lower one is adjustable. The adjustment is controlled by buttons on the operation panel. The adjustment value is displayed on the display.
