The design of the machine assumes the rolling of the rings in one stage - at one
nom adjustment of the support roller. The fixed roller limits the size of the usable reduction for rolling in one step. The maximum reduction, given by the difference in the wall strength of the billet and the rolling stock, is ~15 mm. Larger reductions must be rolled in two stages - 2 positions of the support roller - this is solved by a washer between the arm and the support screw, fig. page 20, (on two machines - pre-rolling and post-rolling - also with one heating).

3. Host requirements
3.1 The structure of the main body is casted, and the internal stress is eliminated by manual aging treatment. The slide block is guided by a six face rectangular guide rail. The guide way of the fuselage is replaced by a sliding guide plate. The overall appearance of the fuselage is smoot hand beautiful.
3.2 The main oil cylinder use a double piston rod, and the piston rod is made of high quality carbon steel with hard chromium plating on the surface. 8.5 Party A make blank based on the blank making process provided by Party B
8.6 Party A is responsible for providing electrical connection cables and control lines.
9. Equipment acceptance
The acceptance of equipment is based on this technical agreement. Continuous productionof10rings (within the range of equipment design parameters),if the size is qualified (the accuracy of processing products is according to the machining allowance and tolerance of JB/T10478-2004hotrolling ring parts), it is regarded as the final acceptance of the equipment. However, if Party A fails to provide billet for hot commissioning within 1 months, it will be regarded as final acceptance.
10. Warranty period and after-sales service
1) The quality of the product is required by the technical agreement, the warranty period is one
year after the final acceptance, or 15 months after shipping, according to the first expire date. 2)Rolling wheel, pin, thrust rollers, signal rollers, taper sleeves and transmission shafts belong to vulnerable parts of tooling and dies. They are not covered by warranty.

* Main structure and performance:
3.1 Mechanical part
3.1.1 The main engine body adopts casting body, which is artificially aged to eliminate internal stress; the slide block is guided by six sided rectangular guide rail, and the inner guide rail surface of the fuselage adopts replaceable guide plate, so the overall appearance of the body is smooth and beautiful.
3.1.2 The main oil cylinder is a double piston rod, the piston rod is made of high-quality carbon steel, the surface is polished and plated with hard chromium; the hydraulic cylinder has enough strength and rigidity, and is sealed with high-quality standard sealing ring to ensure reliable sealing performance.
3.1.3 The slide block is made of welding structure, and the internal stress is eliminated by artificial aging treatment.
3.2 Electrical control system:
3.2.1 There is an independent electrical cabinet, which is equipped with air switch, relay contactor, leakage protection switch and other electrical appliances.
3.3 Machine operation mode:
The main oil cylinder is controlled by manual reversing valve, and the auxiliary support is pedal type.
Working conditions of equipment:
4.1 The water supply and drainage in the equipment working area is convenient, and the lighting conditions are good.
4.2 Power supply: 415V ± 10%, 50 Hz
*Hydraulic system requirements
5.1 The hydraulic system is stable and no oil leakage is allowed.
5.2 The hydraulic station is equipped with water cooler, and the water source is prepared by the user.
5.3 The replacement period of hydraulic oil is 1 years, and the regular maintenance is monthly.
5.4 The main hydraulic components are made of domestic famous brand products.
5. Lubrication system
The lubrication system adopts manual dry oil lubrication device, lubrication once per shift.

7.Installation and debugging
8.1 Within 15 days after the entry into force of the contract, Party B shall provide the equipment basic plan, and Party A shall be responsible for making the basic equipment.
8.2 Party B dispatched commissioning personnel to guide the equipment commissioning to normal operation of the equipment. Party A should par for installation and commissioning.
8.3 Party A is responsible for supplying water, electricity, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, trial run billet, etc.
8.4 Party A is responsible for the lifting equipment required for the installation of the equipment
8.5 Party A make blank based on the blank making process provided by Party B
8.6 Party A is responsible for providing electrical connection cables and control lines.
8.Equipment acceptance
The acceptance of equipment is based on this technical agreement. Continuous production of 10 rings (within the range of equipment design parameters),if the size is qualified (the accuracy of processing products is according to the machining allowance and tolerance of JB/T10478-2004 hot rolling ring parts), it is regarded as the final acceptance of the equipment. However, if Party A fails to provide billet for hot commissioning within 1 months, it will be regarded as final acceptance.
9.Warranty period and after-sales service
1) The quality of the product is required by the technical agreement, the warranty period is one year after the final acceptance, or 15 months after shipping, according to the first expire date.
2)Rolling wheel, pin, thrust rollers, signal rollers, taper sleeves and transmission shafts belong to vulnerable parts of tooling and dies. They are not covered by warranty.
Payment term: T/T, 30% down payment, 70% before delivery
Lead time: 60-90 working days after received down payment
