In case there is something wrong with the machine quality, the seller should supply the replacement with part or component free of charge. If machine has any problem, the seller should response the buyer within 2 hours after receiving the request. If the problem can’t be solved by email , fax or telephone, the seller should send engineers to buyer’s factory . Article 4: Technical documents: 1.Operation manual, packing list, certificate of conformity. 2. Foundation drawing Article 5: Duty and responsibility of both parties 1. Duty and responsibility of the buyer: （1）Construct the foundation and pipelines of the hammer(the seller provide the drawings). （2）Buy the hydraulic oil(N68 anti-abrase hydraulic oil) and Nitrogen gas used on the hammer. (3) Buy the wire from the power supply to the electro control cabinet. (4) Provide the layout drawing of workshop to the seller in time and construct according to the layout drawing of the machine from the seller. （5）Supply hoisting equipment, welding equipment, oxygen gas , acetylene and other common tools and 6 to 8 help persons. Also should ensure the supply of water, gas and electricity during installation. （6）Buy the wooden sleeper & wooden wedge and construction or buy other vibration absorber . (7) Bear the return international round air flight tickets between China and India, local hotel, food and transport cost of seller’s engineer and translator during supervise the installation and commissioning. (8) Keep the secret of seller’s machine technology. 2. Duty and responsibility of the seller (1) Provide qualified C86Y-125(5T) Full Hydraulic Closed Die Forging Hammer (2) Supervise the installation and commissioning (3)Train the operating workers and maintenance workers for free during supervise the installation and commissioning. (4) Provide the Operation Manual, hydraulic principle drawing, electricity principle drawing, certificate of conformity, packing list. (5) Provide the layout drawing of the machine, machine foundation drawing so as the buyer can construct according to the drawings. (6) Provide technical guidance during the machine lifetime. Article 6: Shipment Shipment: Within 4 months after receiving the down payment, the C86Y-125(5T) full hydraulic closed die forging hammer ordered by the buyer should be ready for shipment. Article 7: Payment Payment shall be made by T/T: 30% down payment, balance 70% should be paid after receiving the email copy of B/L.
