Ⅴ. The responsibility of supplier and buyer
1. Buyer’s duty:
1. Be responsible for the foundation of the electric screw forging press.
2. Be responsible for linking the power line to the electrical control cabinet of the forging press.
3. Be responsible for purchasing Lubricating oil which is used by this equipment. Buy the wire from the power supply to electrical control cabinet.
4. Be responsible for providing lifting equipment, all kinds of slings, welding, cutting equipment and other tools. Ensure using of water, electricity, gas during installation.
5. Provide active assistance during installation; provide temporary adding pipes, flanges, bolts, steel plate
etc.
6. Provide the layout drawing of workshop.
7. Bear the international round flight tickets for 3-4 seller’s engineers and translator, bear the local food, hotel and transport cost during their guiding installation and commissioning.
2. Seller’s duty:
1. Be responsible for providing qualified J58K-1000T electric screw forging press, which should meet the requirements of technical parameters.
2. Be responsible for providing general assembly drawing, electrical principle drawing, electric cable drawing, layout drawings and all the foundation drawings
3. Provision of technical services for life time.
4. Provide operation manual, electric operation manual, packing list, certificate of quality,.
5. Operator and maintenance personnel training are free.

Machine guarantee period : 14 months counted from the date of B/L.
