Accessories/Special Features:

* This Maschine was reconditioned and retrofitted some years ago with a
CNC Control make NUM 1020, all functions can be released directly on the
Control unit, for instance the speed of grinding wheel, regulating wheel and
of the dressing slide can be steplessly adjusted by potentiometers and displayed
on a digital read out. Furthermore there is an electronic handwheel to move
the axis manually. Infeed position of regulating slide.
* There is no dressing device mounted on the grinding spindle, however it is available
a manually driven tool for cleaning a diamant covered grinding wheel.
We assume that previous owner has ground hardmetal bars by thru-feed cycle.
* Above the regulating wheel there is mounted a dressing / profiling device via templates
driven by a steplessly adjustable electric motor. Infeed of diamant head manually.
* Thru-Feed workpiece rest built on the regulating slide with adjustable jaws
The thru-feed of the workpieces are generated by inclination of the regulating spindle head.
* The switch cabinet is built on the side of the machine, also the hydraulic unit.
* Modern central lubrication unit.
* ! Actually there is no Coolant device available !
