IV. DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENTS
1.Coil car:
It is used to ship coils to the center of the decoiler.it is driven by hydraulic cylinder.it is lifting up and down by four column.

2。Double Cone Decoiler
It adopts double supporting and double cone type clamp steel coils.two ends machine base move by hydraulic cylinder,and it can drive simultaneously and center.it is controlled by DC motor variable speed.There is hydraulic brake device on the main mandrel.

3.Guiding device
It can guide the strip when working. Right and lift sides have guiding rollers to adjust material width. The guiding rollers are in their slide seat and move by manual to adjust material width from 0-2000mm
4.First straightener
It adopts two pinch rolls and two straightening rolls.it consists of frame,feeding roll,rough-straightening rolls,hydraulic device and drive device.feeding up roll and straightening up roll are driven by hydraulic cylinder.

7.Four hi leveler
It is four hi leveler,welded pedestal.the whole stand housing frame.two pinch rolls and 11 leveling rolls(upper 5,lower 6).shaft end supporting of each working roll adopts heavy rolling mill bearing and single-track push ball bearing,which makes sure that working roll has no any radial and axial direction.upper leveling rollers have three sets of supporting roller,lower leveling rollers have three sets of supporting rollers.in order to improve intensity and rigidity of leveling rollers.height direction adjustment of supporting roller adopts wedge separate adjustment,to get leveling rollers’ conrrespond compensate.each working roller is active roller,electromotor pass power to each working roller through reducer,coupling,distributor cabinet and universal coupling.universal coupling adopts rolling mill special universal joint.adjustment of push device is achieved by AC motor that adjust up and down and angle through worm.two ways:electric rough adjustment and manual fine adjustment.
