6. Structure Feature Of Equipment
(1) Four columns and two-point structure is adopted: the four columns are respectively equipped with lifting oil cylinders, through which the upper crossbeam can drive the slider to lift in a large range on the guide column. In this way, it is not only convenient to check the die, but also has the function of hydraulic overload protection.
(2) For this spindle force application structure of two-point press, we change from the traditional "crankshaft connecting rod structure" to "crankshaft slider structure". It can not only increase the rigidity, but also leave further distance between the two force application points, so as to increase the ability of bearing eccentric load in this direction. For the front and back direction of the slider, the conventional "single group needle guide is changed to "two groups of needle guide with up and down allocation". The distance between the upper and lower needle guide rails is long. So that the guiding accuracy is high and the whole machine has strong ability to bear eccentric load.
(3) The dual-driven power system is adopted. That is: the structure of double motors, double flywheels and double clutch brakes at both ends of the spindle. As the air flow is driven by the rotation of the flywheel, which has the function of heat dissipation, the temperature of the two force application points can be kept the same. In addition, the distance from the driving point to the force application point is the same, which eliminates the eccentric rotation phase difference between the two force application points and effectively reduces the change of dynamic parallelism of the slider.
(4) The base, upper crossbeam, slider and other main parts of the machine are formed by integral precision casting with flow sand. As cast iron has good shock absorption, it is not easy to deform after aging treatment. In this way, the machine not only has beautiful appearance, but also can reduce noise, and maintain high precision for a long time.
(5) An anti-slider dynamic balancing device is installed on the spindle to balance the inertia force brought by the weight of the slider part and the upper die, reduce the vibration and provide higher motion accuracy.
(6) A plurality of balance springs are installed on the upper crossbeam, and the balance adjusting bolts can be adjusted to balance the weight of the slider part, upper die and th weight of the dynamic balance component, so as to improve the movement accuracy.
(7) The press adopts thin oil forced circulation lubrication system with oil circuit fault alarm function. Through the oil temperature controller, the thin oil can control the temperature of the force acting square slider and the bearing to improve the repeat positioning accuracy of the bottom dead center.
(8) The main machine is controlled by PLC and has the function of fine adjustment for die. The variable parameters of the product can be input through the man-machine interface.
(9) This machine supports automatic adjustment of closing height. The four adjusting nuts on the four columns are linked with the servo motor through the chain. When the closing height needs to be changed, firstly lift the upper crossbeam and slider, input the new closing height value on the man-machine interface. The servo motor drives the four adjusting nuts to automatically move to the set position, and then lower the upper crossbeam and slider to finish the adjustment. In addition, due to the larger spacing of adjusting nuts, which is twice of that of general press, the parallelism error of slider caused by nut torque is smaller.

10. Material For Trial Operation
15 days before delivery, the buyer shall provide silicon steel sheet and volatile oil for trial operation and transport them to the seller's factory. After trial operation, the above material shall be delivered back to buyer together with the press. If the buyer delays to provide relevant materials for trial operation, the seller's delivery date will be postponed accordingly.
11. Obligations Of Both Parties
The Seller shall transport the qualified equipment to the buyer's factory and buyer shall be responsible for unloading, positioning and installation of water, electricity and gas pipelines outside the press. The seller is responsible for debugging, and training the buyer's operators and maintenance workers on equipment working principle, daily operation and common fault maintenance, safety precautions, daily maintenance etc.

The seller will send experienced engineer to buyer's factory for the machines adjustment and training buyer's worker how to operate the equipment as well as daily maintenance.
